Whenever I want to upload an MP4 file, it isn't being uploaded to Youtube.

Codec H.264 or MPEG-2 preferred.

Preferred containers FLV, MPEG-2, and MPEG-4

H.264, MPEG-4. Got it.

Codec MP3 or AAC preferred

Preferred containers FLV, MPEG-2, and MPEG-4

AAC, MPEG-4. Got it.

# Up to 2 GB in size.

# Up to 10 minutes in length.

200 MB, 6:59 in length. Got it.

If it helps, i'm using Comcast Cable, and am running a Windows XP Professional PC.
