Hey all, this is my first post in the OCR forums. I've been browsing these forums for a while now, and all the posts on this site have helped me get started on my musical compositions. Though I have yet to make any remixes, I have made many originals, with each being in the video-game music style.

Once I've fully grasped the ideas of electronic music production and whatnot I hope to begin making full-fledged remixes, but for now i'll be stickin' wit my fancy piano.

Comments are greatly appreciated, and hopefully I didn't already break any of those rules I failed to read before I posted this >.<

Nice work bro. There is nothing wrong with solo piano pieces.

Only critique I can give you is that dynamics are a bit stagnant in each piece, especially in the left hand.

But yeah, nice work. I'm digging these. What kind of piano are you playing on?

Thanks Swann!

hm...I agree about the dynamics thing, I'll take that into consideration next time :)

Unfortunately, I don't have any good recording equipment, and my piano at the moment is out of tune belong belief, so i'm recording my songs on an old 60-something Roland Midi keyboard and a piano VST (which probably could account to the lack of dynamic variety) >.<

But ya, glad you enjoyed the tunes! I have a new one just about ready to post, so i'll let ya know when its up!

Well, now that my Graduation is over I can get back to more important things in my life. Like composing.

So this is Loveless, a song I wrote about an hour ago. It deviates from my previous songs as Loveless bases its simple melody on emotion, rather then my other songs which had structure, phrasing, and climaxes.

What images do you see when you listen to this song? What memories? Regrets? If you're comfortable, please let me know what they are
