Great work there. I'm not sure how I feel about the sounds. I mean, they do work well for the cheesy 80's lounge sort of thing you're going for. It just feels like there's a layer missing or something. Maybe there just needs to be more processing going on, or like some background pads to supply a little more texture? It's just a bit thin right now. Maybe that's just what you're going for. I can't really comment on how it compares to the original because I'm going to be lazy and not listen to it. But you have a good start here - the filtering stuff was particularly great. This is nice if you choose not to work on it more, but it's definitely worth expanding on if you feel like it.
