JohnnyAppleseed Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Okay so I need some help just kind of finding these sounds in FL. Owl City's songs "Hello Seattle" and "Vanilla Twilight" I have already found the original Toxic Biohazard sounds like one of the main little synths. But I can't find out the rest of them, what I could use for those sounds. Any help please? Quote

Well first of all, it's good if the presets you found are the ones in the songs, but the ones in the songs might not be ONLY Toxic Biohazard presets. You have to make the sound yourself, and if you don't know synthesis, you'd have to learn it. Quote
JohnnyAppleseed Posted April 8, 2010 Author Posted April 8, 2010 Well the thing is. I know a little bit. But not a ton. Can you give me a good link? And I hear some of them sounding similar to some sytrus presets but I can't remember. I'm just so jumbled right now. Quote

JohnnyAppleseed Posted April 9, 2010 Author Posted April 9, 2010 do you know of a good subtractive synth I could practice with all of these on? Quote

Kanthos Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 Synth1 is pretty much the standard recommendation around here. Quote
