WiKiD Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 nice man I like it-- gotta play with the eq though b/c the drums sound a little weak, they need more balls to it, esp. if it is a drum and bass song... I liked the bridge too @ 2:20, the other thing is that it doesn't quite make the genre of d&b because it is simply just too techno-sounding esp. with the bridge. for d&b though listen to the drums, there is fills almost every 2 bars, it never is a repetitive sound in a d&b track. all in all, production value is good, just gotta tighten up the eq and have those drum fills in more and it's all good. cheers, wikid Quote
SonicThHedgog Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 I Like the Drum Step intro to the DnB transitions hmm but i felt u needed to get more Puncheyer Drum Kit/ loops(IMO), i also like the Reese bass line with the slight wobble LFO, but (imo) i felt you need like leads but thats just me. i liked it 5/5 Quote

SonicThHedgog Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 Oh nice. Thanks for the feedback. Here's a little update, I mostly worked on the drums for now. Soundcloud.com: Jnrd - Dnb#7 make the drum WAY more punchyer then that and make them nice and loud with out distorting the track so mix well and EQ hard weather your using software or hardware alto imo there is no diffrence cause i use fl EQ more then my rack eq .
