I bought a MIDI to USB cable, but I'm no artist, so I need your help! Anyone willing to produce or allowing me to use your music is welcome. What I need: - MIDI or Amiga-MOD format (can't use mp3 because of PS2 and Nintendo DS ports) - NES (old school) style, so use more techno instruments - license to use and distribute, if possible creative commons, I'll distribute a txt file together with the music with credits. EC2151 Posted July 12, 2010 Share Posted July 12, 2010 I've gotten pretty good at making chiptune, but I don't know if you want boss themes, stage themes different for every stage, etc etc etc. You can't make music if you don't know what you're doing for it at all, you know. Here's a sampling of what I can do with chiptune and pseudo-chiptune: El Hombre Toro specialized boss theme Far from Finished (think last level type of stuff) MechaKnight Specialized stage theme So what I'm saying is, do you basically want a Megaman soundtrack? I've just played like all the classic MM NES games, so I have an inkling of what to do. Not making any promises though. I currently have just one music, that is a midi from megaman 4, converted to mod. In the page you have information about the game, bosses and you can ask me more if you need inspiration. I did not got what you meant about the screenshots...
