What are all the genres clubs typically play?

I really just want to know if they do a lot of Drum n Bass and wasn't sure where or who to ask.

To the best of my knowledge, at least here in Arizona where the rave scene and the club scene are two entirely separate arenas, DnB is played much more at raves than clubs. However, this is the US we're talking about here, and the only "real" dance music that ever gets played in clubs, generally speaking, is usually of the electro-house variety. Trance, DnB, hardcore, etc, are usually relegated to the younger audiences and lower inhibitions of the rave scene.

Which, honestly, is a crying shame--DnB is probably the single most versatile genre in electronica, and deserves a much larger spotlight.
