ShinnyMetal Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 After looking around everywhere for this soundfont I noticed 2 things: 1 - It was nowhere to be found! 2 - So many people wanted one! SO I took the liberty of figuring out how to make a sound font and went to work. This is what came out! I tried to include just about everything I could discern as being different because that got hard to tell after awhile but I think I just got about everything. I got just about as many sfx as I do instruments so there is a lot of fun and creativity to be had with this soundfont. (on a side note, percussion is on around middle c.) I hope you guys enjoy this as I know I most definitely will! http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15370615/SuperMetroid.sf2 new link btw, screw megaupload haha ok bai! -Brian Quote

(on a side note, percussion is on around middle c.) hmm... shouldn't you try to orient this into a position somewhat similar to the GM standard for percussion i.e. drumset around C3, orchestral percussion starting around G4, etc? I think this would be easier (for me, that is) instead of picking around middle C for the right sounds. ... In fact, I think I will open this up in Viena and work on it... tommorow. Quote
