Brinstar Depths (Post-Punk)

Hello,

This is my take on the amazing Brinstar Depths / Red Soil / Lower from Super Metroid. I don't know how this may be reviewed but for reference: the style of production is a blend of early postpunk (1979-1984) and modern electronic music so part of the aggression is emphasized by the dissonance of the mix.

The vocals are by me (English) and Nadie (Spanish), lyrics in details.

The idea is that Samus is angrier and more butch than the petite blonde you see in the games.

This is really cool I think the beginning got a bit repetitive before it really started to pick up around 2:00 or so. I also don't think the second part of the source was used very much- this sounds like it'd be a fantastic choice to mix with another part of the soundtrack. It'd give you more options and let you add more to what's there- maybe the Maridia theme?

I see what you mean about the beginning - initially it had an extra vocal part, i'll take your suggestions on board...by maridia theme do you mean this one:
