redtails Posted April 30, 2012 Share Posted April 30, 2012 Our original plan at the beginning of this song was to create something featuring the typical feeling of Paris during its Romantic age (you know; accordion, french vocals, bit of piano). Somewhere along the line, I decided to turn it into a vocal piano song (I could not find accordion samples that made me happy). The lyrics have been written by us. They are about someone I know very well, or they are about someone you may know very well. The message we're trying to portray is that romantic love which we cherish so much, might be our second biggest source of sorrow. Why is it that we all crave for it?
