My first Zelda cover!

Hi!

This is my first post in this forum. I posted my cover in a Zelda forum and someone told me about this one.

This is the first cover I've ever done. I'm planning on doing more, but it'll be very helpful if someone here could give me some feedback for future covers.

It's a great cover -- for a first attempt it really is a good job.

If you're looking for ways to improve it, as a piece of music on it's own . . . it's hard to tell where things are going. There are different sections, but there's no movement within them or direction. Try sculpting the flow, finding the juice of the source tune and building too it, wandering from it, etc. Also, the drums feel a little dry, reverb-wise at least.
