licensing for my hardbound artbook fanart one of the pictures will be something very close to this: 00001.jpg

(charcoal sketch). plus others: Cleyra_Cathedral.jpghqdefault.jpg

(I have a hard time not drooling over all these gorgeous backdrops). how would one go about getting licenses?(the pictures will be different, yet still recognized by any ff9 veteran).
