I've been told it has a bit if a darker feel to it for like an infiltration scene / fight.

Like the cautious part as well as the parts where the electric guitar gets in the lead.

Nah, no half-assed crossovers - this theme would totally fit with the orginal game FF7 - for example at the point when the new Avalanche group infiltrates the Shin-Ra HQ building.
