Donkey Kong Country 2 Enchanted Woods (Direflow Remix)

I put finished but I might do something to it later. Just wanted to make a chill trap-ish remix to an absolute vibing classic, especially seeing that I didn't see a remix for this one ANYWHERE on this site. Lemme know what you think.

ehh, pretty basic stuff. Synths sound preset-y, the mix sounds pretty monotonous, repetitive, and rather empty. Your main lead is a little too much in the foreground compared to the accompanying melodies, and is over-saturated in reverb/delay.

There's a huge lack of creativity in this. Nothing stands out as being overly impressive. Nothing comes off as having a catchy hook. The beat isn't that interesting. You currently have maybe the skeletal frame or template for a song, but it needs a lot more of a lot more to really bring this up and out.

thanks for the blatant and shear honesty on this one literally everyone i show this to is like "this is cool" or "i vibe with this" and i couldn't tell if i was just being minimalistic or lazy. thanks for the feedback man.
