ChrisXswe
Hello everyone at OC Remix! First of all I want to give a big ups to this homepage, I absolutely adore this place and have been enjoying remixes for a really long time. Now to the reason why I would like to post at this forum, I am Christofer Schenström and I've created the Podcast Gameable Audio, a podcast surrounding Video game music and sub-genres around VGM (Incl. Remixes, Demoscene music etc.), and my aim is to make one of the worlds most informative and passionate podcasts. I've been going through three different revisions of the podcast since the start back in 2017, starting out as a Swedish podcast named Äntligen Spelmusik (Directly translated to Finally Game Music), and after around 130 episodes I moved on to the international market for the first time, with the directly translated name. during that period I made about 30 episodes and in 2023 I re-branded the podcast to it's current form, Gameable Audio and I'm currently up to 42 episodes. Gameable Audio's unique selling point is that I place the composers and artists behind the music in the center of the spotlight, I do my best to make sure that at least each forth episode will be a guested episode. Episodes are released bi-weekly and I both record, produce, edit and release them myself. To date I've interviewed over 40+ composers, ranging from big shots to the ones who still haven't landed their first gig as of yet. Next upcoming episode (while writing) is my 200th episode and I plan to make a really neat episode by picking some of my favorite tracks throughout the years and reading testimonials from the listeners. I would love to hear some feedback of what you amazing individuals think of my work with the podcast (If you would like to talk about your work, then contact me and we'll make an episode in the future) https://videospelsklubben.se/category/podcasts/antligen-spelmusik/ Homepage - Videospelsklubben, A Swedish site https://open.spotify.com/show/7IgHd00TR3PWDXLmxgoeoQ?si=14738ee3ec344065 Spotify Thank you all for your time and I hope to engage you with my work as a podcast host. / Best regards ChrisXswe

ChrisXswe
Totally forgot to post about the latest episode, Episode 45 is out! There have been so much going on, both on sad and happy news, the homepage I've been living on since the start of my podcast is closing down, so the last weeks have been hectic for me trying to find new hosting and making sure transition is as smooth as possible, I will here on out be hosting on Spotify! However transitioning haven't been easy and have for now ended up in two feeds on Apple Podcasts, I hope to solve this issue as soon as possible, but for now and moving onward, Spotify will be my home. Last but not least in the happy news section, my podcast have in fact started reaching up on the Apple Podcast Top 100 lists in Sweden, including lists such as Music, Music Interviews, Video games and Leisure. I am very honored to be able to share my work with everyone and I am super humbled by others sharing my podcast with their family and friends, I only strive to share these amazing Composers and Artists and make sure they get the recognision they deserve. But now is the big question, which list will I enter next? Will I start getting traction in your country? ChrisXswe
Another episode is now live, Episode 46 is visited by the composer Erik Desiderio (Composer to games such as Adventure Time: Magic Man's Head Games, Diablo III: Rise of the Necromancer and Star Trek Fleet Command to name a few), we're talking about his massive work on the active game called Last Epoch by Eleventh Hour Games. We're talking about how he came to love music and what made him get into videogame music specifically, and as always we're diving into the journey what led up to Last Epoch and talk specifically about that soundtrack. Have you already listened to the episode? what are your thoughts on the episode? In the next episode, I will be visited by David Wise to talk about his work on the game Gimmick! 2, if you want me to ask any specific questions, then please join My Discord and write the question in the Podcast channel, Deadline for questions are set to the 14th of October.
