JoyBoy
I know this is a feature available in FL studio but I am wondering if there is a software that will make the same thing avilable in Reason or Cubase or any stand alone VSTi... Does this thing exist?

JoyBoy
I'm considering buying a midi controller very soon but this is not the case I just want to know if it's available or not because I think it will be a useful tool to have(to me at least). Kanthos
It really won't save you much time. Computer keyboards don't have any sense of velocity; they're either down or they're up. The best you could do is use it to play in your notes at a uniform velocity, which you'd then have to edit to get anything sounding remotely musical. You might as well click the notes onto a piano roll and edit velocities.
sgx
I tap in beats with my typekeyboard all the time in Live. Not so great with tonal instruments though.
JoyBoy
Anyway I found it! Virtual MIDI Keyboard it's useless by itself so you need this also: MIDI Yoke both are free and works with any sequencer or stand alone VSTi, I use it with Reason and it works great
