Are there any good interactive photoshop 7 tutorials?

I tryed googling and couldn't find any.

This place isn't to bad, It's not specifically for PS 7, but I use PS 6 and it's helped me out a bit, I still prefer to fiddle around and figure things out on my own. I find it helps me understand better.
