They sound like simple MIDI rips, but they're notable because they been circulating since the turn of the millennium, mostly on P2P sites where they get confused for the REAL PSX Chrono Trigger orchestral pieces. In addition to those, there's also one of track 59, Determination. If it helps, the ID3 tag for one of them had something like "mp3downloads.com/artist/moa/".
