Is it okay to upload "Voices of the Lifestream" on http:/soundcloud.com/? Or put it on facebook? Is it okay for the artists? Is it okay for Mr. Uematsu? Are there some official statements, i could refer to? please help

Mr. Uematsu inspires me since Final Fantasy IX, also the older and the later FF-Games got awesome Music and the Black Mages blowing Mind! So please sign me up for the contest And sry because my english is bad^^°
