uh really guys im not saying i built them some crazy pc its halfway decent but nothing super special i forget the specs but it plays tf2 and l4d just fine (not on super high settings obviously) really? i scare rather easy and as a result dont play many horror games or watch horror movies but l4d i find more funny than scary

the things you listed arent really huge gameplay changes basically what you said is that it looks a little nicer and plays a little better, which it does its still incredibly similar to l4d, its just that all the little changes that were made make the l4d concept actually fun this time and man i just played through the finale of dark carnival 8 times on advanced to get that dumb gnome achievement that was difficult speaking of the gnome i cant believe they gave him that stupid "awesome face"

imo not really i didnt really enjoy the demo at all

its pretty much exactly the same as the first one except i hated that and am enjoying this so take that however way you want

i built someone a pretty decent pc for the price of a 360 when you think about it that isnt that expensive

why would you start with the parish the game follows a storyline anyways i finished all of them and the carnival and storm ones are the best by far

saying that someone "hates fun" is an incredibly stupid and ignorant thing to say i just find something that you find fun not fun and vice versa you can have mine if you want

Ok so as I said, I ended up getting this game despite how much I absolutely HATED L4D and I've gotta say, I'm really like this a lot. It's really just a lot of little things, such as a lot of the dialog between the characters, that has really pulled me into it. For the past 5 hours or so, I've been playing through each of the single player campaigns on normal (because I'm terrible), and I expected to be bored by the beginning of the second one like with L4D, but instead I've played all the way through the first 3, and am starting the fourth one now. I really like how there's finally continuity between all the campaigns, as it really gives me a reason to keep on playing. I'm not gonna go ahead right now and talk about the various things I liked in each of the campaigns since a lot of the little surprises are what's making this first playthrough a lot of fun. The second campaign was definitely my favorite of the first 3, and playing it in VS will be a ton of fun. It took valve a year but they finally got this game right. Oh and I said this in IRC but yeah any shotgun+chainsaw is pretty much exactly like playing pyro in TF2 which I thought was rather comical.

wow how many pages did you have to fish through to find those i guess i used to hate arena a lot but they must have been months old because really ever since koth came out id take arena over koth any day

competitive ctf is always excellent no ive always liked arena (but not more than 8v8 ) ive always hated koth

its because one server is enough personally id like to see the main server go back to what it used to be before we had 2 sorta as in a few (like 5 at most) good customs on the nominate list and maybe one on the rotation and why is there no arena on the nominate list

forcing autojoin is good but if you use it as an alternative to banning people that are constantly stacking that will probably still do it just after they get jumbled to whatever team that is pretty stupid

were they sayin stuff on the mic i thought that one guy sayin ITS A TRAP with some text bind when he killed people was pretty annoying

its been against the rules since forever i could start saying why sticky camping shouldnt be against the rules but thats not the point that point is that it IS theyve been doing this forever and its not even that theyre all really good its just that they actually WORK TOGETHER which is next to impossible on an alltalk server unless youre in vent too howl is ok forcing scrambles is pretty dumb unless its obvious rolling forcing autojoin is something that i support though (you can) uhhhh we knew that btw their pubstar group is http://steamcommunity.com/groups/noquestionsasked i said it already theyre just a clan full of pubstars, like look how long ago their last announcement was (lol i played for the mathackers way back then a little) they have no interest in being a part of any community they just like to play with each other and that is it it just so happens that they get banned from a decent amount of servers because guess what PEOPLE DONT LIKE THAT and theyve been coming to ocr because as has been pointed out many MANY times in this thread the admins here do absolutely nothing about it for some reason

seriously if i was one of the nqa guys id be sitting here reading this thread laughing at how you people have done NOTHING to them at all

first off they arent that good (well a couple are) they are probably just coordinating in vent and in tf2 coordination will win just about every time and no nqa is a pubstar clan this is what they do seriously why you people havent banned them yet confuses the crap out of me NO ONE WILL MISS THEM
