I need one for a few passages on my album.. has to be outstanding like Jillian but obviously a little less busy and willing to work with a fool like me
The music sounds a bit like a mix of nightwish, symphony x and children of bodom at times. Obviously metal, but not looking for female vocals all over the place, just to add a little bit of color in contrast with the growls. If you can point me someone, pm me.

Brings those guitars closer instead of hardpanning Try 50% on both sides. I'd also say to use a longer reverb tail and put it on a bus with the 2 tracks but it's subjective.

I'm from where there's a big "LoL" (Port-Cartier) but now live in Saguenay.
LoL because I'm quite high up there on the map.

Saw this yesterday on YouTube and I want it for a project. I do not yet have Kontakt though. What's the cheapest solution ?

If I could edit out Flex's 1st post that'd be great hahaa

Yeesh. Way to blow my speakers out on my work computer. Not sure if I'm a fan of a joke like that.
What you talking aboot, that's dubstep in its puriest form !

Do you have any suggestion for this problem ??

What's up with a theme of one game equally remixed with the theme from another game. Would you ditch that sort of hybrid ?
For instance, a Zelda/Mario remix (that's not what I'm up to, just an example).

that can loop back to exactly 20 bytes after the start point
That's mental. You have to be spot on.

Nevermind. I wanted to offer an already started WIP but I'll just do it instead of giving it away.

^Aren't you and OA in that band ? I'm lost.

I don't see how we guitarists can survive without a little basic knowledge of electronics.
Soldering is a good skill to learn and swapping pots switches and PU's isn't something to be afraid of.
But then I build my amps so I may be slightly biased from my point of view.
I love guitars ; I love electronics ; I hate guitar electronics.
I'm an EE tech. Find the error! haha.. I just bought my 1st guitar with that quick-connect thing so that you can swap pick-ups in a few seconds.
Building amps is a hobby I want to develop. Man.. you must be pleased to play on something you built
Now for the issue, did you actually try another cable ? Got good ones to begin with ?

Active pick-ups?

Stretch goals, stretching pants, stretching pockets.
But it's ok, we all gotta eat.

I tried to do the same and gathered 5$ in 3 days. hahah
I don't get teh 20 000 $ for pro mastering tho.. 45 mins. Super pro below 3k, nope?
Anyway, interested by this album

Tried ?

I recently discovered The Recording Revolution on YouTube and the dude makes really great videos. Some are about songwriting and all. He gives a lot of good thoughts on music production and songwriting.

Hey guys, some of you probably know and used all the freewares by TSE Audio or LePou for your guitars.
TSE Audio finally released the X50 v2.0 tonight and is the 1st commercial version. 40% off the 1st two weeks.
Anyway. It has an IR loader as well as a bunch of impulses included. Many other features (check the website).
You can try the demo version and/or buy it there:

That's a very good video man ! Thanks

Do you know why ReaControlMIDI doesn't keep the selected patch when we reload a project ?
I choose the GM.dll and a channel, also choose to view 3 parameters on the track (vol, pan and program). On the track I then choose the corresponding channel. It works, I can get everything to work and separated (piano, guitars, drums) just like in Guitar Pro 5.
I saved it to a template but when I load it, I have to go to the "program" parameter and just re-click it. Say it's a guitar, it will have the piano sound until I manually click the patch in the menu. It's already on "guitar", I just click on it and then it works. However, it's annoying to do that for each track. I don't have that problem for the drums, obviously (channel 10).
Is there a way to tell it to verify its patches right from the start?
