I contacted vir2 tech support. They were excellent. They said some of the discs were defective and they gave me a link to download the installer. This is the best tech support I've ever seen. The link to download the installer is: http://www.vir2.com/vir2/products/vione/setup.zip

Yeah, I just got my vi.one from GC and I'm having the same problem. The discs have the setup program, all the sample and loop files, but no installer program and no program for kontakt! I tried the disc on three different windows pcs (two running xp and one running vista) and no luck. WTF
