You basically described my own feelings towards it lol. The funny thing about Tike Dyson is it was originally done on propellerhead reason and I imported just the midi file and remade it in fl studio a while back (I believe it was 2009) and just had a ball with it. I really wish my mixing and mastering was better on "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH" because I ripped the sounds from the cart myself and used those to arrange it. That was another 2008 or 2009 one as was the Ling's Beginning. That was done in 2008 on Reason. I think the transition to FL Studio helped a lot because I HATED Reason's piano roll. Some are indeed incomplete but since I have since lost the project files (hard drive failures ftl) I didn't want them to collect dust and I felt that this compilation was a good way to bring them all about. You aren't the first to mention my production so I will definitely keep working on that but you also aren't the first to say "interesting arrangements" as a matter of fact I get that a decent amount in the PRC. I am not entirely sure if that is good or bad but I can say I have a lot of fun with them and I appreciate your feedback

I am still very amateur and create music mostly for fun but I do take it seriously while having fun. During the creation of these tracks there is never an idea in advance of how I want them to sound. With that in mind the link is at the top I hope to have an album come out in the next year for my other project but that's less chippy and more Industrial. Constructive criticism is definitely appreciated. To stream is to free but if some reason you need to download it (I believe bandcamps streaming quality is ample but you may disagree) then feel free to ask for a download. I'll just have to upload it elsewhere.

I compiled much of the surviving remixes and reworks from the years into a bandcamp free to download album. Some of these are up to 6 years old. I am just wishing I hadn't been so busy preparing for school and dealing with the holidays. When I checked I had like 3 days left on the deadline. If you pop by my soundcloud you can see usually my original tracks are generally longer and of higher quality. Time is such a valuable thing lol.

Yeah I have wanted to make an original track for a compo here for a while so people can kind of see my other side so to speak I just checked yesterday (or the day before, I can't remember) and saw so it's not as polished as I would have liked but I'm not too upset. Been busy, just saw this. Wow 10 years. That's amazing. I have an album currently with a deadline for april. I need like 3 more tracks. Since this can have an original track I am trying to kill 2 birds with one stone. Original PRC entry + another track for the album. Like 3 days left assuming I don't get busy I should have time to make an original track.

Yeah, I doubt i'll be able to finish now. Long story short I found out like 8PM last night it was Columbus Day because my roommates had a cookout and I just woke up from being passed out drunk a few minutes ago lol >_<

Yeah it's probably a 3rd party VST causing the issue. I've only had issues with FL Studio 11 and I have been using it since 2008 I think and any crashes I had were due to 3rd party plugins.

Hopefully. I have about 1/3rd done ive been busy as heck and I shouldn't be too bad today I have to go to my school for a bit to give them some papers but then there is the whole inspiration and mood thing and that comes whenever. I will try my best to get this done by tomorrow. Considering I did 1/3rd of it in about a hour and a half it's definitely doable lol. Already working on rewriting the melody in the same key

I used to use Reason as well and it's pretty nice I just hate the piano roll. Also i've only had extreme issues with fl studio 11 so if you are using that I would recommend 10.

Damn it. Got started with 2 hours left. Will never finish.

I doubt I have time to do a bonus mix as I have been very busy. If I get the time and inspiration I will still do it though but no promises.

I poked around in it. It does seem a bit tough but definitely doable. I should do a bonus remix but i'm actually trying to finish 4 more tracks in the next couple of weeks for my first album demo lol. So been busy!

No problem. I am glad I snagged it. I have never seen VGMusic down so it's kind of surprising tbh. It's been around for years and go figure it would go down right then lol.
