    Hi,

    I just wanted to let you know that I was able to finish with some of the remixes that I had in my collection. You might recall that, in mid-August, I said that I would have time on the weekend of August 25-26 to get them online. Unfortunately, I ran out of time that weekend, and after visiting my parents on Labor Day, did not finish until this past weekend.

    So far, I added 1600 remixes to Game Remixes (gameremixes.com), in addition to the 450 that were already there. I'm still adding some every day, but perhaps you'll find something you're interested in that's already uploaded.

    Holy crap that sounds like an amazing collection. At any rate, it looks like I don't have to heckle you about it because I found the remix on my old laptop that I haven't touched in years. Evidently it's an old VGMix called Ahead On Our Way by Ryu7x (Michael Drosos). I don't believe it was ever uploaded to Ocremix. By the way....thanks for everyone's support. Although I don't know a lot about music, everyone has been ridiculously kind and I really want to stick around

    Thanks for the link, although I checked it out and the mix I'm looking for sadly wasn't there I really appreciate your help, though. Edit: I believe it existed sometime around 2003 or 2004, maybe 2005. It could have also been a FF 5 mix of the main theme (since they're essentially the same song). That doesn't narrow it down at all, at any rate.

    I read on a post of yours (in a thread I just posted in) that you have saved a ton of downloads from vgmix and ocremix and other sources. I don't want to bother you but I was wondering if you happened to have some extra time to search for a remix I'm looking for, that you may already have. I looked everywhere myself but I can't find it on the internet.

    Hi, I didn't want to start a new thread so I thought I would resurrect this one. I'm looking for a specific remix of Ahead on Our Way (from FF). It was another bouncy rave-y electronic mix, but it wasn't Ahead on our Rave featured in the Lifestream album. It's at least 5 or 6 years old. I believe the title was just "Ahead on our way" but I could be mistaken. I can't remember the artist, either. I wasn't able to find it on the OCremix archive, either. Would anyone happen to know where I can get this remix?

    For a decade I've been strictly a lurker-listener, but I joined the forums just to express how much I love this song. I don't wanna get too personal here, but it's helping me deal with the bittersweet pain of a long-distance relationship. Lava Reef was never really a favorite tune when I played S&K as a kid since I liked the fast-paced themes, but I'm 18 now, and my tastes have broadened/matured. I came accross this and was so stunned by the beautiful lyrics and vocals, plus the fact it was a theme I never paid much attention to... it just hit home. I'm not a composer so I don't know how to compliment specifics... but there isn't a thing about this song I don't find amazing and I just wanted you to know that, artists.
