Great sound and atmosphere akin to the original! The streaming version is a bit slow to load and didn't load at all just now (download was quick though, thanks!), maybe add a mirror? Some suggestions that might be interesting to look at: - Perhaps lower the emphasis / focus of the bass pads at the start of the sequence, let them ease in a bit more, as they dominate the build up too much IMHO. Consequently also when reaching the end sequence. - To break repetition, maybe look into putting a part in between at a higher tempo, with a bit more beat, creating a more "impending threat" atmosphere. Then ease off again to the original pace.

Hi everyone, been quite the fan of OCremix since of late and I was wondering what you lot could say about the following remix I have been working on. I was very surprised to see only one remix 'judged' on the main site for all the many R-Type games. IMHO the music in at least the ones from the SNES era warrant some much needed attention. The remix has been made in DrPetter's latest musagi build and uses the samples and instruments that came aboard - maybe a small tweak here and there, but that's it. I'm eager to know what you all think and how it can be improved or adjusted for better effect.
