Hi all, I've been trying to cover Oil Ocean from Sonic 2, and in the absence of any usable guitar tabs, I decided I'd try to grab the chiptune and take it apart. The files I got were in .vgz format. Everything I can find that might manipulate this format seems to be vaporware. Does anyone know of a still-maintained tool that manipulates these files?
