  1. Hey OCR, the name's Faran, short time lurker here. Now I'm in the middle of working on a project in which, as the thread name suggests, mixes Video Game and Classical music together. It's still in the VERY early stages because 1. I'm still learning the finer points of mixing and what not (I use Audacity if that helps you any) and 2. Because I don't have quite enough songs to fill up an album. Ideally I'd like to have 12 pieces at least. Here's the current list that I have so far. Mash Up ideas Skyrim Dragonborn theme/Toccata & Fuge Sonic Green Hill Zone/Russian Dance Duck Tales:
  2. Ok I got my remix all nice and written out on Musescore....now what? I want to get this thing recorded but it involves instrument I don't know how to play/have.
  3. So I'm working on a remix but the genre I was inspired to work with was reggae, but I'm not an expert. Anyone wanna help? PM me or reply to the thread I'll be watching both.
  4. Just call me Faran. I have been interested in music arrangement for years now, but now that I have the time, the equipment and a venue I'm about to kick it up. I already have two projects in the barrel. I have a remix of a piece from Alice: Madness Returns and Kingdom Hearts (my favorite series.) I look forward to getting to know a lot of people.
