[Who made these lullaby-style Zelda mixes?]

I found this beautiful 2-hour mix of lullaby-style Zelda music for babies and I'm trying to figure out who made it.

I've asked the poster via the YouTube comments... but we all know YouTube comments are a black whole. I figured somebody in the community might know (or be the remixer).
