http://www.teamfortress.com/post.php?id=11396 Steam Trade Offers! Looks like you can send a pre-made trade offer to a friend, and they can choose to accept, decline, or counter-offer. You don't have to be online or anything for it to work, even. Hopefully this expands in the future to be allowed public, and to be able to browse open standing offers. Then I wouldn't have to add people to my friends list and actually talk to them. Talking to people is weird.

Brandon, that is the greatest thing I've ever seen. You're doing God's work, man. Any plans for a feature film/documentary?

This is not a bad idea, if maybe slightly exaggerated. The "recent maps played" list is populated by the last x maps, not by time, but I see what you're saying. Setting it to 15-20 as opposed to 6(?) could really change things up. Also, I totally agree with the idea of removing the backwards, rainy, snowy, upside down, inside out variations of existing maps. It's just redundant, unnecessary, and redundant. On a side note, I'd like to see somewhat regular (weekly?) event nights at some point. I've tossed around the idea of just using admin override to make a set maplist of a bunch of customs, and just ignoring the rtv and mapvotes.

'Spose I should step in and clear this up. Current admin list is as follows (in alphabetical order): Bahamut Bark Brushfire Darkesword FrostBite Gamemaster IJ kamikaze Jaswald ParanoidDrone phill SuperDSombrero There are two 'tiers' of admin (Bahamut, Bark, Bark, Bark, Gamemaster, and Sombrero have ftp and rcon access), but for most intents and purposes, any of 'em will do. If there are any other specific weapons you're after, let us know. I've got quite a few spares myself, and if I don't, I'm sure someone does. Hats and cosmetics will usually run you more, but most people on this server would be willing to hand out a few duplicates at little or no cost.

Whee, summer crates. Apparently these contain the first wave of the Gold Star community items. According to this post on reddit, this is a list of the contents: The Brotherhood of Arms The Well-Rounded Rifleman The Breakneck Baggies The Powdered Practitioner The Pocket Pyro The Cloud Crasher The Pom-Pommed Provocateur The Dark Age Defender The Tyurtlenek The Mair Mask

Oh, woops. Yeah, my mistake. I was looking at the wrong file. Was looking at mapcycle.txt instead of maplist-voting.txt. Should we take the arena maps off that list, though? It seems that only a few people are ever really interested in playing arena, and it tends to slow down the server a bit. They'd still be up for nomination, but they wouldn't pop up without being called for.

Arena maps are NOT on the standard mapcycle. Every time you see an arena map pop up on the vote, it means that someone specifically nominated it. Every time we play on an arena map, it means a majority of everyone voted for it. I always like reading your plugins, Powerlord. Not everyone properly writes things out clearly and neatly, and the cvars are sometimes just mystery settings. Proper documentation is always appreciated. As for the plugin itself, I haven't decided what I think about that.
