    i am so fed up right now. this week has been absolute HELL.

    last week was great, i got 160k honor, went from friendly to revered in AV, ranked up, found a new guild, got some new gear.

    this week however, sucks nuts. it's what... wednesday? i've got a grand total of... 12k honor so far. lag, absolutely wretched login times, and the fact that i have literally been screwed out of my bonus honor FOUR TIMES NOW (i keep getting disconnected from the realm literally seconds before the general in AV goes down, and thanks to the fucking 30 minute "retrieving character list" wait i am unable to get back in in time to get any honor, rep, or tokens), not to mention having been horribly nerfed (SINCE WHEN DOES SHIFTING INTO BEAR FORM CAUSE DAMAGE?!@??!?!?!?!?!?!) have added up to this being a HORRIBLE week for me.

    AV itself... i dunno what the fuck happened... but...

    the first couple of days after the patch horde was winning AV at about 60% of the time. since then, it's literally been about 4%. i am not exaggerating. 4 fucking percent. since i hit revered, i have done maybe 20 matches and gained a whopping 1/2 bar of rep. at this rate, it'll be another 6 fucking months of AV to get exalted, and my head is going to explode LONG before that.

    wtf is going on? we were winning AV in 45 minutes or so. now alliance has taken our fucking relief hut within 5.

    Strange...the exact same thing is happening on Maelstrom. When the patch first came out, we would usually have Lokholar out and pushing to Dun Baldar within 15-20 minutes of the game starting...and now the alliance sneaks as many as they can past us, exploit their way to the waterfall and summon their entire raid while we fight slowly to DB as 1/3 of the remaining alliance raid holds us at bay (or at least slows us down) enough for the 2/3 in our base to kill our general...it's sad. :(

    Is it just me, or is the forum compleeetely dead?

    And I'm going to see if I can drag my brother into helping me with a wip for Lava Panic. We'll see how that turns out by 7/15.

    Yes, I just noticed that yesterday...I checked again just not and sure enough...yep...it no longer exists... I guess they delete forums which have no activity for X days.

    At any rate, I think it was time for a new one anyway. This time a slightly better hosting site hopefully. Ill ask around and get opinions of different sites.

    Rogue talent review? Its about time...I can honestly say Im afraid they might mess the class up even more than they have already, but who's to say they wont do something useful this time (master of deception + camouflage in 1 talent please)

    WOW!!! Cross server BGs...that's something I can definitely look forward to...It'll certainly make things interesting having no idea who you might be paired up against.

    it starts in un'goro but not at marshall's refuge. there's a busted up boat on the shore of one of the lakes in the southeast area that starts it.

    Ahh yes...the Legend of Zelda quest.

    I might recommend going to the Blasted Lands and doing the 5 buff quests. They're really all there is to do there, but they give level 50 quest exp, and are pretty easy. Look for a small camp just west of the path when you enter the area with 2 blood elves. Just a bit of advice for some extra experience. Also be sure to venture to the nearby southern mountain, and on the south side of it, look for a blue discolored Dranei, and he has a quest you should pick up before killing any monsters in the area (its a repeatable reward quest)

    Anywho, shortly after I started playing Umago on Gorefiend, a friend of mine told me he and some friends from college were playing on Maelstrom, so Im now playing Horde there instead.

    my guild is creeping me out. 500+ members and i hear them moaning every time they wipe on the friggen snake boss in ZG. best they've done in MC is get Luci down to 56%... this guild is weird man. this is the only guild i've ever been in that has too many druids and priests but not enough rogues and mages... seriously wtf.

    anyways i hit 41 last night. i'm considering respecing, but i think i'll hold off until 60. (i'm feral currently).

    Thats sounds 100% like the guild I used to be in on Twisting Nether...they were never meant to go beyond the limits of General Drakkisath or The Beast...but the masses of the guild demanded we move onto real raid instances. After 6 agonizing weeks of not always killing Lucifron...1 time killing Magmadar and never killing Bloodlord Mandokir or Mar'li (spider boss) it disbanded.

    Yeah...I havent played on Twisting Nether for about 4 weeks now. Ive made Maelstrom Horde my new WoW home for the time being. This new guild I joined has some great potential. We have a few members who know every strategy for Molten Core, and on the guild's first attempt on Zul Gurub last night they killed the Snake, Bat *and* the Spider boss (thats the one which impressed me)

    I've asked Bren a million times to drop me from this project, but since he hasn't I guess I'll post a WIP :P

    It's short because I've started over literally a dozen times, and it's named deadend.mp3 for a reason. (Yoshi's theme)

    I don't think I'm going to be able to make something for this project. I simply don't know enough to do anything I want to do. Maybe in a couple weeks when I graduate into unemployment I'll have time to learn more and work on this again.

    Because I think you can do this.

'its named dead end for a reason' 'you cant do this Vindkast!' 'I DONT THINK I"M GOING TO BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING FOR THIS PROJECT' 'YES YOU CAN!' 'how do you know?' '... because i think you can do this...' *silence* (oh and its raining btw) *someone nods knowingly, close up of handshake* '...lets do this' *action scene with lots of ass kicking*

    uhh... yeh, my home computer died. Not the entire thing, it just has brain damage, ie harddrive is down. ie all my project files EVER are gone. .... luckily i uploaded my forest rns file about a month ago, so i can work again on that. My flower tune wasnt so lucky. I still have to disapear, so i'm gonna cut myself out of that one. Sorry...

    Are you sure you wont be able to salvage the flower stage by ear? I still have the first WIP you sent me, or was the more recent version much ahead of that?

    Holy shit >.<

    Me and some guildies did a 2nd attempt 45 minute baron run tonight...the first wasnt so successful, with 5 minutes left at the abominations. The most recent attempt, we got to the abominations with 13 minutes remaining...13 minutes! Everything was going perfect, until the black guards seemed delayed for some reason. I checked the gate to the Black Citadel to see if a mindless undead was left or something...then the damned gate closes on me and traps me inside! The black guards come out and my group handles them fine, but the gate doesnt open. They got into the Baron's room and BEAT THE TIMER! But the gate still didnt open and we didnt have a warlock. They had to engage him without me, and wiped...we beat the timer and lost because of a damn glitch :cry:
