This somehow got lost in the current debate, but I'll second it. Links please!

The MP3 I downloaded is 112kbps, but it actually sounds slightly more lo-fi than the bitrate would suggest. Some of the samples aren't too great. Especially the smash-clap-combo is pretty cheap and also quite repetetive. It's not bad though. But you're competing with Rayza... Good luck!

OK, time for some more feedback: Rayza - Azure Lake The intro is nice, with the nature sounds, but a bit too long. I think it would sound better if one or two other instruments already joined in with the main instrument during the introduction. I totally freaked out when the piano started playing! I thought I had some website with background music open, but then found out it was inside the song! It sounds pretty messed up, to be honest. But it gets much better at around 2:13 and the following part is very cool. DCT - Special Stage Nice, but way too empty, especially before 0:22. Also, the drums seem too loud compared to the other instruments. But it's a nice idea to make this into a slow relaxing tune, because the original only reminds me of hectic running and turning on spherical levels... yoshi_84, Gman - SnKNikki [v0.5] Wow, this one has much improved since the last version I heard. But it's so short, it feels like you only got the intro so far. My vote goes to RTF's rendition of the theme, unless you make this much longer and more interesting. antipode - Menu Molity Hm... The composition is okay, but I don't like most of the samples/instruments used. Especially the one starting at 0:32, it really has to go. And the main instrument (Marimba? Xylophone?) sounds a bit weak. You should power it up a bit, maybe use a piano instead. Anyway, good job guys, I'm looking forward to the day this project is completed! P.S.: KungFuChicken!, only two more days until the deadline... Where's your WIP?

Ooops sorry... Dind't mean to do that I kinda rushed into this without knowing really what's going on... I apologise! To tell the truth, As I didn't know about the project, I was doing the song mostly beacause it was DAMN fun, i had plans of submitting it in VGMix or something, but someone actually told me to come and participate so I kinda rushed into things... Again, im sorry for that... Im gonna leave the song in this thread... It's not finished yet, and has some room to grow... If you guys come up with something better, great!! PS.: Since Holy Warrior Azar is jumping off the boat, can I have a try at Sky Sanctuary? (if there's nobody doing it, i can leave Hydro City to Gman and yoshi_84 and try it, on the contrary, I keep my version of Hydro City Here) PS.: Is there any song, not yet being covered by someone? Read the first post in this thread, you can see all the rules there and who does which song. Note that the initiator of this project encourages anybody to take part, even if that means competing with others. I can only agree with him on that point. I'd rather have just the best song of three than the song of whoever managed to sign up for it first.
