Hello! I've been working on this orchestral cover of "Resurrections" from Celeste for a while now, and I think I've reached a point where I can't improve it further without feedback from others. So I'd really appreciate yours! Is this OCR material - and if not, what can I do to fix that? You may notice that the original Resurrections is over 9 minutes long with a lot of frankly unnecessary repeats. I've trimmed out several repeats and brought the tune down to a more manageable six and a half minutes. Other than that, the remix generally plays it as straight as it can. That may be a weakness, or it may be a strength, I'm not sure yet. What do you think? I'm especially interested in feedback on the orchestration/arrangement, mixing, and production, though I'll take any advice you have on how to improve. For reference, this is made with BBCSO Core plus some additional drums.

Updated the link again. I finished transcribing "last battle" and just realized I have NO idea how I want to actually end this whoops :\ I just picked up the eastwest composercloud for a month because I want to try adding choir to this. Besides Hollywood Choirs are there any other EWQL instruments you all think I could make good use of in this track specifically? I've never used an EWQL product before.

Thank you all for the incredible feedback! I've integrated most of it into this new update. I've also taken out the synth bass and put in a bunch of pitched percussion, and started transcribing "Last Battle". The link in the OP has been updated. For reference, I'm using BBCSO Core as my primary library here, plus EZDrummer in "Last Battle".

Thank you! I have a lot of real world orchestral experience so instructions like "fp cresc" are perfectly clear to me. I applied dynamics CCs to the brass as you suggested and made some other edits, as well as getting the rest of "World Revolution" transcribed. I updated the OP with the new link. Any other thoughts so far?

Hello! This is my work in progress of "Planetary Parasite", a Chrono Trigger ReMix featuring the songs "Lavos Theme", "World Revolution", and "Last Battle". I'm especially interested on feedback on the arrangement, mixing, and production. So far is this on track to be good enough for OCR or what needs improvement? Thank you for your time and feedback!
