Lunahorum
How do I turn scrolling view off and how do I turn that annoying scrub wheel sound off every time I start and stop edison? Thanks aha! found the scrolling view turn off button at the top right.
Zephyr
Another quick way to turn off auto scrolling is simply right-clicking on blank space inside the piano roll or playlist. As for the edison scrub wheel I'm not sure if that can be turned off, perhaps just press stop more than pause.
Lunahorum
one more thing really quick. Why don't the grid lines in edison mean anything??? Is there anyway to make those grid lines correspond to the 4/4 project gridlines or w/e? Thanks
Zephyr
Under "format" in the edison menus, change the tempo to (or autodetect) the tempo of the sample, then the grid lines will change to the tempo that is set. You can change what things snap to in the snap menu.

Maybe it was buggy. I'll try again tomorrow. I've recorded enough parts for one day.
