The piano part put the level of the mix down somewhat - it definitely needed some more reverb, and could have done with a little delay too. YES

I'd like to see a song with such generic beats to go somewhere with melody at least, but this mostly just repeats. On a song thats been done so many times, something more must be presented. Off key issues with the monophonic synth lead. No real ending. NO

The drums totally drown out everything and are just heinous. Add to that the fact that it does follow the original very closely (AND the fact that it repeats like nuts), and that's plenty enough for me to say NO
Vig Posted July 15, 2003 Posted July 15, 2003 terribly generic intro. there is lots of clipping. in the intro there seem to be some bad notes. the lead synth was cute in the intro...but now its getting annoying, it sounds like someone tried to operate a tape player with a power drill. okay, its getting quite repetitive. there is only drums and melody. this is not acceptable. at all. the drums never change, and they are the predominant instrument in the song. this song relies too much on drums and doesnt offer anything else. no
