RedKnox
Hello! How's everyone? First let me start off by introducing myself. My name is Craig, and I've been a huge fan of ocremix.org (Not to mention the people who actually make the remixes as well, huge fan of Protricity and pixietricks to be specific). I've only recently registered on the forums because I've only recently had the chance to give something back. I've downloaded the bitTorrent compilations long ago for my own personal use, but I host a radio show on my campus. It's called Non-Sequitur Radio. I was wondering if people would be alright with me playing some of the their remixes on my show? If you want to hear it, details are in my sig. The remixes are fantastic, and I think should be broadcast to as many people as possible. But I just want to get the nod to do so first. Liontamer
Playing mixes on the radio is cool. Asking for permission from artists is fine (since it's cool to interact with ReMixers in the first place), but you don't need explicit permission from the artist if it's on the site. Rather, we have some conditions we ask folks to follow. http://www.ocremix.org/info/Content_Policy Terms of Use part B is the most important in your case, i.e please credit the songs you're playing properly, so mention the artist(s) & site URL, not just the song title. Happy radio'ing!
