Sixto
Very much A, but with a little but of B as well. As far as mixing/production goes, I haven't learned so much from others but from years and years of trial and error, figuring things out one at a time. Collaborating with others did make it easier since I wouldn't have to spend much time writing actual music and was able to get right to the mixing stage. Problem is, with all the time I've spent working on my production skills, my guitar playing has gone south quite a bit. I sometimes have trouble playing simple riffs or scales and have to do a bit of retraining before I start recording anything. I guess you really can't serve two masters after all. Flare4War
I'm not a musician but I have to say A. The forums have greatly increased my vocabulary and sentence structure/fluency.
