Help - Good song, don't know name

I am trying to find the name to this song. It is likely Final Fantasy, but don't know for sure. Anyone recognize it? Problem is it cuts off about 1:51 into the song. Click here to listen,

I don't recognize it as being from a numbered FF game. Sorry!

It could be from Mystic Quest, the Tactics series, etc -- but it's not from the main series.

I think he was actually referring to Owen Pallett. Not familiar with his work though, so I don't know if he composed that particular piece.

I was guessing that too, but all of Owen's music seems to be string, where as this piece is piano.

This is frustrating, I think it sounds like a great piece whatever it is.
