djpretzel
Hey djp, Got another IronMix for ya. This one was for IMC LE (Lite Edition), the same contest that produced DarkeSword's "Party in the Snowland." Rainbow Road was always a sort of trippy course, so I decided to make this arrangement sound a little "out there" and reverbed it out the wazoo. I've been told that it's very sleep-inducing. In fact, it's so mellow that apparently GrayLightning has taken a pretty big liking to it. So this one's dedicated to you, my New Age friend. Thanks goes to MC for rendering, as usual. You're the bizzest, man. MP3: Dhsu ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand! Surf the Web up to FIVE TIMES FASTER! Protricity
Never throught I'd give a yes to a mariokart 64 mix. But well, there it is: YES Dhsu managed to turn a shitty song into a decently good piano arrangement. I like the changes and rearrangement. Has a mood to it. Not too simple, not repeating, not boring. Well played. Bleh, now I feel dirty for giving an mk64 song a yes. I.. gotta take a shower or something AFK
Digital Coma
Dhsu's got a pretty chill pianist style; it's interesting to hear it applied to the MK64 Rainbow song, although it was already a calm/wimpier arrangement of the original Mario Kart's. Snowland was incorporated well. Not sure what was going on around 1:25 - sounds awkward to me. Otherwise, this is good stuff. YES
Malcos
I found this to be quite emotive, and I really enjoyed it. There's nothing to stop this from being posted. YES
GrayLightning
Coma is right. This is probably my favorite work of dhsu's. Emotional, soft and just plain pleasant to listen to. Great work, great performance. YES
