Larkas Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 Just to complement the previous reply, the updated torrent can be found at http://bt.ocremix.org/torrents/Super_Metroid_-_Relics_of_the_Chozo.torrent . Quote
jordanbtucker Posted September 10, 2015 Posted September 10, 2015 Quoting myself from almost two years ago: Still by far the best OCReMix album ever made. I can't believe it's been over ten years. I still remember when this came out. All these artists should get together again and work on a Metroid Prime album or something. Final Fantasy IX: Worlds Apart—the 53rd OCReMix album—was released today, and it is the only OCReMix album that has been close to rivaling Relics of the Chozo in my opinion. We celebrate Relics of the Chozo's 12th anniversary in three days, and I still listen to it from time-to-time. I especially remember playing StarCraft: Brood War with this album playing in the background during LAN parties at my friends house. That was back when I didn't have a laptop so I brought my tower, keyboard, mouse and CRT monitor! How times have changed! And yet, Relics of the Chozo—an emotional and ethereal journey across Zebes—is still the best OCReMix album ever made! Quote
Necrox Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Why did I put off this album for so long? It embodies the atmosphere of Metroid so well. The Crateria remix is freaking excellent ambience. Quote
Catmancer Posted September 30, 2023 Posted September 30, 2023 Has no one really noticed this album being updated? I love the new artwork. Still a great album. I wish they would update the torrent for the first Kong in Concert too. I don't like being forced into wav. Quote
Guest Posted October 20, 2024 Posted October 20, 2024 Just wanted to say, I was so happy to see Relics of the Chozo recognized for its 20th anniversary. Thanks everyone who put it together! Quote
