Question about "Judges Decision" forum

Is it possible to hear peoples submissions in the "judges decision" forum even if they have been rejected? Thanks.

People can request that their link stay in the thread if they want it to be there. You will find the link in a few decisions, but not many.

They won't be left in without permission from the submitter.
