Theophany Posted March 25, 2010 Share Posted March 25, 2010 finally a kid icarus remix. automatic points! i wasn't expecting orchestral, but it works really well. then the drums kick in and it gets kind of lame. sorry, bro. the writing doesn't get lame, i'm just not feeling the instrumentation and folk rock sound. i'm kind of stumped on what to recommend. i'd be up for hearing more electronic drums, maybe with some chiptunes mixed with the orchestral instead the folk rock instrumentation you got going. first part of the remix is solid, though, so i suggest you just try things out until you get a sound you like, unless you're happy with it as is, in which case just put it up for people's enjoyment. i'd like to hear the melody completed at some point though Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
