I need help with I tunes

I recently got my comp fixed and everything seems to work great, except my itunes. I can get on the internet but I can't access the itunes store or import new CDs without haveing to type the names of every song. Its really annoying and I could really use some help on how to fix this.

ive tried reinstalling and it is up to date and i still can't figure out whats wrong

Stop using iTunes is the easiest solution.
