Sounds good to me. I like the interpretation, definitely good job on that. Not sure if you are going to submit or not. But if you are, I think that rearrangement is definitely there. One thing I am not sure about are the orchestral samples, not sure how the judges are gonna take them. Sometimes they can be really picky about that.

sounds good... pump up those sirens and giving it a doppler-esk effect would really pull me in more.

maybe it's my preference, but your song doesn't have a lot drums, which could add to it.

The thing I like about the intro to SoR1 is that it gives that nighttime feeling in the center of a sleeping metropolis. This is totally a great remix, but it gives a different feeling.

I think this is lovely. It isn't too overpowering, just mellow and relaxing. The strings sound amazing but I have no experience in using samples like this so maybe I am not the best to comment.
