Jillian Aversa Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 Hey there. I recently downloaded a cool looking Flash water effect, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to use it. There is decent documentation provided, but I got stuck after the first few steps, so I'm wondering if it's just my unfamiliarity with Flash that's making this so hard. (I'm a complete noob.)
