Kidd Cabbage
Hey, I'm working with a friend on a track and he's sending me FL project files, but I'd rather work on some sections in another DAW. When I click the disk in the bottom of the track in the mixer and hit record, it does record, but the recorded audio is out-of-sync with the time, both in FL Studio and my other DAW. Any ideas? eilios
Open the audio in Edison and cut out unwanted things. For example, silence that is causing out-of-sync issues.
Kidd Cabbage
Well, more precisely, it was cutting off the first bit of the recorded sample. Isn't there a way to just export a track that's already synched with the tempo?
Nabeel Ansari
Instead of doing that via the mixer track, try the playlist. Disable all the patterns/tracks you don't want and then just export a selected section in song mode via Ctrl+R. If I'm being unclear I can show you on skype. ectogemia
Could you maybe render a .wav in the File menu rather than bouncing from the mixer or playlist? I feel like that's too simple and that I'm missing something obvious here...

ectogemia
File > Export > Wav is the same as Ctrl + R. and File > Export > mp3 is the same as Ctrl + Shift + R. Ah. Well, I learned my requisite thing for the day. Time to go play video games and make sure I don't learn anything else.
