GallenWolf
Hi! Came across this site during my search for music resources. He has written on the topics of Composing, Counterpoint, Harmony, Orchestration - all of which are just way over my head. But what really spoke to me was this article, called Letter to a Young Composer. Hope you find 'em interesting!

I've been having a little scan Although i think he uses examples from his own pieces a lot (all of the string quartets and stuff) and i'm not a huge fan of what i've heard. Nethertheless, i'm sure there's a ton to be learnt from it all.
Moseph
... this article, called Letter to a Young Composer. Having worked my way through a master's program in composition, I can vouch that his advice is spot on.
