It starts at 60 bpm and slowly speeds up to reach 200bpm 5 minutes later, then 2 minutes slowing back to 60 bpm . Like have the speed rise 20% in 2% increments then fall 10% in 1% steps and repeat, I've found training patterns like this to be the lowest maintenance as you play and give good performance yields, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
