timaeus222
Um... all I can really say is... Basic timbres, default FL samples, and repetitive mechanical sequencing, but I'm sure you're at a very early stage of music composition. A few weeks, maybe, so I'll leave it at that. Kanohi
You've got a ways to go, but you have to start somewhere! As Timaeus said, it's a lot of default samples. It takes a while before you get the hang of crafting your own sounds and especially mixing everything so that certain bits stand out. If I was to give you some places to start, try connecting some of these samples to their own mixing channel, add the Fruity Parametric EQ 2 to them, play around with it so things stand out on their own without fighting in the same channels! BenjiDestiny
Thanks for your answers! Yes, I know I'm not an expert, I'm just in the beginning. I'll try to use Fruity Parametric EQ 2 and, when I'll know use it perfectly I'll make a second version of this remix and, without repet. ^^ Thank you really for your comments! timaeus222
Just to be clear, it's hard to be "perfect" with EQ. It's enough for now to just know what edit to do to accomplish what you want to do, rather than what edits you want to do to overhaul the clarity on a track. Take it slowly and experiment with the easier topics. Perhaps the simplest EQing trick to start with is scooping the mids on backing instruments to let leads come through. Just don't overdo it. You can tell if the backing instruments sound "hollow". Edited January 4, 2014 by timaeus222
