chopping/shifting samples

so i enjoy chopping up drums and goofing around with drumloops, but i usually use either dblue's Glitch effect or do the chopping/pitch-shifting straight into FL studio. i'm interested in finding some effects (tape-stop and stutter mostly) that are less clunky to use than Glitch. anyone have ideas? i'm aware i can simulate these in FL but a push-button approach is appealing.

BreakTweaker and Stutter Edit from iZotope are solid. I have SE, it's insane.

Obvious "wtf $$$" but I got it on sale for $50 recently; so it may not end your search here right now but something to look out for in the future.

@Nabeel Ansari would you know if the creative bundle ever goes on sale?

Hystersis isn't too bad for a delay/stutter effect, and it's free.  Gross Beat can do tape stop sounds well though the stuttering is somewhat limiting.  There was a plugin that was like dBlue's Glitch that had more potential imo but I can't remember the name of it.

Yeah, all bundles do, all the time. Black Friday's the easiest safe assumption, but there are others.
