The rest was just a lot of morphine and toxic biohazard synths along with careful automation on panning and gain. Lots of fx on the vocal sample too. This track is BGM for a game I'm working on at the moment. It's the part that plays before you get attacked by a fucked up genetically engineered human-shark hybrid monstrosity.
